Q1. What to do when I didn't receive License Code?

License Code would be sent to your mail when an order was completed in 1 hour along with order info: Order Number, Licensed Email, Product Name, etc. However, delay may happen due to Internet issue, email spam settings, email typo, etc. In such a case, please contact [email protected] for further help.

Q2. Can I get a discount for buying a bunch of VidPaw software?

Sure you can. If you want to buy over 10 License Codes at a time, you can get a discount. For more, please contact [email protected].

Q3. Can I use one License Code on multiple computers?

1 Year License and Single License can only be used on ONE and ONLY computer. Also, please note that license code for Windows PC cannot be used on Mac, and vice verse. If you want to use on more than 1 computer, it's recommended to purchase Family License, which can be used on up to 5 computers.

Q4. How to get my money back? And how to request a refund?

If you want to apply for a refund, please make sure that you meet the requirements of acceptable refund circumstances in Refund Policy at first.
